What counts as "one translation"?

One translation is a complete language package for one video into one language: video title translation, description translation preserving links and timestamps, and subtitle file (SRT) translation with exact time synchronization. Balance is deducted per language slot: even if you select only titles and descriptions without subtitles (or vice versa), 1 translation is deducted. Translating one video into 50 languages deducts exactly 50 translations.

How do I calculate which plan I need?

Use this simple formula: [Videos per month] × [Target languages] = Required translation volume. For example: if you publish 8 videos per month and translate each into 50 languages, you will need 400 translations per month (8 × 50). We recommend choosing a plan with some margin so remaining limits can be used to localize older archive videos.

Can translations from a plan be shared across multiple channels?

Yes. The translation allowance is tied to your Tube-Kit account, not to a single YouTube channel. If your plan supports multiple channel connections, you can freely distribute your limit between them in any proportion (for example, 300 translations for your main channel and 100 for a secondary one).

What if I run out of translations before the month ends?

You don't need to wait for the next billing cycle. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time or purchase an additional translation top-up pack directly in your dashboard.

Do unused translations expire at the end of the month?

Yes, unused translations expire. Your translation allowance is credited upon payment and is valid for exactly 30 days. If you do not use the entire allowance during the billing month, remaining translations reset and do not roll over to the next period.

How does renewal work and can I cancel anytime?

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days from the payment date. You can cancel auto-renewal in your dashboard with one click at any time. Cancellation does not terminate access immediately: the platform, remaining translations, and all tools remain fully active until the end of your prepaid 30-day period. No hidden fees or penalties.

Can I change my plan (upgrade or downgrade)?

Yes, at any time. If your production volume grows, you need more translations, or you want to track more competitor channels, you can upgrade instantly in your profile settings. If your workload decreases, you can switch to a lower plan just as easily.
