Privacy Policy

Tube-Kit respects your privacy and processes user data strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Service and provide the features explicitly requested by the user.

1. Data We Process

Depending on the features utilized, Tube-Kit may process:

  • Account information, including email address;
  • Connected YouTube channel details;
  • Video details and metadata;
  • YouTube statistics and analytics metrics;
  • YouTube Analytics financial indicators, including estimated revenue and RPM (where permitted by the user);
  • Subtitle data required for translation and localization;
  • User-generated projects and results generated via the Service.

Tube-Kit never receives or stores your Google account password.

2. Google and YouTube Data (YouTube API Services)

Tube-Kit uses official YouTube API Services. By using Tube-Kit, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that your data will be handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

When connecting a YouTube channel, Tube-Kit may access channel and video data, including metadata, statistics, performance analytics, subtitle tracks, and accessible financial performance metrics.

Financial metrics, including estimated revenue and RPM, are processed strictly to generate channel analytics and are accessible exclusively to the channel owner. Tube-Kit does not collect YouTube user comments in its current functionality.

3. Purpose of Processing & Google API Limited Use

Google and YouTube data is used exclusively to fulfill the Tube-Kit functionalities requested by the user, including:

  • YouTube channel analytics;
  • Content performance evaluation;
  • Managing titles, descriptions, and other video metadata;
  • Translation and localization;
  • Subtitle track management;
  • SEO tools and optimization;
  • Generating analytical and AI-assisted recommendations;
  • Executing user-configured content management actions.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:

Tube-Kit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Tube-Kit does not sell Google or YouTube data, nor is it ever used for serving targeted advertisements.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Processing

To deliver user-requested AI features, selected data may be processed through external AI service providers:

  • Video titles, descriptions, and subtitle texts may be transferred for translation and localization.
  • Aggregated performance metrics (views, audience retention, geographic metrics, and, upon user request, revenue and RPM) may be processed for AI analytics.

OAuth tokens, account passwords, and authentication credentials are strictly never transferred to external AI services.

Google and YouTube data is never used to train, fine-tune, or validate generalized or third-party artificial intelligence models (LLM / Machine Learning models).

5. Competitor Data

Competitor channel metrics are processed strictly based on publicly accessible YouTube API data. Tube-Kit does not request or hold OAuth access to competitor channels.

6. Third-Party Sharing

Tube-Kit never sells or rents user data.

Google and YouTube data may only be processed by essential third-party service providers (cloud infrastructure, AI gateways) to the minimal extent required to deliver Service features. Tube-Kit never shares OAuth tokens, passwords, or authentication credentials with third parties.

7. Data Retention, Caching & Deletion (YouTube Developer Policies)

Data is stored only for the duration necessary to provide Service functionality, analytics, platform security, and fraud prevention.

In compliance with YouTube API Services Developer Policies, data obtained via YouTube API Services is not cached or stored for more than 30 (thirty) calendar days without refreshing it directly from the API.

Historical YouTube Analytics in the current version is retained for the past 90 days (subject to regular synchronization). If a paid subscription lapses and the account remains inactive for more than 30 days, all YouTube API-related data, access tokens, and stored analytics are permanently purged.

8. Disconnecting Channel & Revoking Permissions

Disconnecting a channel stops data synchronization immediately and hides the channel from the active dashboard. Previously stored account data is not deleted automatically upon disconnect. To completely erase all data, the user may delete their Tube-Kit account.

Users can revoke Tube-Kit's access to their Google account at any time via the official Google permissions page: Google Security Permissions Settings.

9. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly within Tube-Kit Account Settings. Following an account deletion request, all associated data, including connected YouTube data, analytics, projects, generated output, and saved files, is permanently deleted within 24 hours.

Deleting a Tube-Kit account does not delete or alter videos or content hosted directly on YouTube.

To prevent trial abuse, Tube-Kit may retain a minimal technical identifier associated with a previously activated YouTube channel for a duration reasonably necessary for fraud prevention.

10. Cookies and Local Storage

Tube-Kit uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage (localStorage) for:

  • Session authorization and secure authentication;
  • Account protection and CSRF mitigation;
  • Proper performance and display of the Service interface.

Optional analytical cookies are utilized solely in accordance with user consent preferences. Google and YouTube data is never utilized for cookie-based advertising profiling.

11. Security

Tube-Kit implements robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and secure handling of OAuth tokens.

12. Changes to this Policy

Tube-Kit may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Service or external platform rules. The latest policy is always accessible at: https://tube-kit.com/legal.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tube-Kit platform (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

Tube-Kit provides cloud automation tools for creators, including channel analytics, localization and translation, metadata optimization, SEO tools, AI features, competitor insights, and upload scheduling. Available features vary depending on the chosen subscription tier.

2. YouTube Integration and API Compliance

The core functions of Tube-Kit rely on official integration with YouTube API Services. You agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service when using Tube-Kit.

Users independently grant required permissions to connect their YouTube channel. Tube-Kit does not guarantee continuous availability of features that depend on third-party YouTube API changes.

3. User Responsibility and Disclaimer (AS IS)

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The user assumes full personal responsibility for:

  • the content of uploaded, generated, or processed materials;
  • possessing all necessary intellectual property rights and licenses;
  • publication and upload settings;
  • compliance with YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable laws.

Tube-Kit does not guarantee specific views, CTR, revenue, audience growth, or SEO ranks. Tube-Kit is not liable for account restrictions, demonetization, strikes, or actions taken by YouTube regarding the user's channel.

4. AI Features

AI features are provided for automated assistance and suggestions. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed and validated by the user prior to publication.

5. Billing and Payments

All payments are executed manually by the User on a one-time basis. Service renewals require manual payment and are not recurring automatic charges. Fiat payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Confirmed cryptocurrency payments are final and strictly non-refundable due to blockchain transaction finality, except where mandated by applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

A refund for fiat payments may be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase provided the paid functionality has not been utilized. Service consumption includes: connecting a YouTube channel, executing AI analytics, generating metadata, or scheduling videos. Mandatory consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.

7. Account Termination

Users may delete their account via Account Settings. Account deletion initiates permanent data erasure in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Deleting a Tube-Kit account does not delete content hosted directly on YouTube.

8. Terms Modifications

Tube-Kit reserves the right to modify the Service and these Terms. The latest version is always available at: https://tube-kit.com/legal.
